Listen to this VERY carefully

Meditate over every concept over and over and over. Hear this multiple times in order to envelop a mindset of a person who's truly not only set on changing himself but, rather, the world.

It's not as much about making your dreams realistic. It's more about you making your actions more realistic in order to achieve those dreams

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.” --Marianne Williamson

Now stop playing small and go change things. Make something happen. People are always going to talk. There are people who you can't win over by believing whatever you believe in but you can, at the very least, earn those people's respect for going out to achieve whatever your heart is set on. No historical figure would've made it to the books had he/she been afraid of other's judgements and small-talk about them whether it is behind their backs or in the media. Just embrace and accept the is-ness that is you and go forth. The clock is claiming and the world doesn't take kindly to the timid and weak
